About the Food Risers
We have around 50 food risers available in white, black, and transparent.
Availability depends on the pickup date, time, and quantity requested — first come, first served.
Booking Information
To book, please provide:
- Pickup & Return Date/Time
- Quantity Needed
Rental Price: $5 each
Rental Duration: Up to 24 hours (unless otherwise agreed in advance)
Booking Options
1. Reserve in Advance:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental. This must be paid at least 5 days before pickup.
2. Preview Before Booking (Optional):
You may book a preview visit. If you choose to proceed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is required before pickup. This covers any loss, damage, or missing packaging.
The full deposit is refunded once all risers are returned clean, undamaged, and in their original cardboard box.
Items are only officially reserved once the deposit is received.

Near the Vimi Memorial Bridge (Ottawa)
Exact address will be shared after confirmation.
Delivery is not available, unless you’re booking a full event setup (additional fees apply).
Payment Method
Payments are accepted via Interac e-Transfer.
Email for payment will be provided upon request.

We currently offer a variety of sizes to suit different setups and event needs. However, please note that we’re constantly expanding our collection. New food risers are regularly added to our stock! If you don’t see the exact size you’re looking for, feel free to ask. We might already have it or something similar on the way.
Important Reminders
- Food risers must be returned clean, undamaged, and in their original cardboard box.
- Late returns will result in a $25/day late fee.
- IEC is not liable for any injury or damage caused during use.
- By renting, you agree to all terms listed above.

Example Rental Breakdown – 10 Food Risers
Let’s say you want to rent 10 risers for your event.
Here’s how the total cost is calculated:
Rental Quantity: 10 food risers
Rental Price: $5 per riser
➡️ Total Rental Cost: $5 × 10 = $50

Reservation Deposit
To secure the booking, a 50% deposit is required:
➡️ 50% of $50 = $25 (non-refundable)
This deposit guarantees availability for the requested date. If the customer needs to postpone the event, the deposit may be reused once within the following 3 months, subject to availability.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before pickup.
It is calculated as:
➡️ Total rental amount + $20 = $50 + $20 = $70
This deposit covers possible loss, damage, or missing parts, and is fully refunded once all items are returned clean, complete, and in good condition.
Payment Terms
The remaining rental balance (if the deposit was paid in advance), along with the refundable security deposit (if not already paid), is due at the time of pickup.
No items will be released without full payment.
